Garment Replacement and Returns
To apply for a garment to be replaced please complete the Garment Replacement Form below. We will then help you decide if a replacement or alteration is more appropriate.
Dan Tailor reserves the right to deny replacement applications. Items cannot be replaced based on customization changes.
Depending on fabric availability, some garments may be unavailable to be replaced and you may be asked for an alternative fabric for your replacement order.
If we have not been able to meet your expectations through our alternation or replacement policies and you want a full refund please follow the return instructions.
Items can be returned within 14 days of being shipped for a full refund.
To be considered eligible for return, all orders must be post stamped to Dan Tailor within 14 days of a customer receiving their order and accompanied by a completed
Dan Tailor will only accept returned products that are in new and unworn condition. Dan Tailor has the right to deny a refund and will not accept garments that have been altered, worn or adjusted in any way.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
You must return all items purchased as part of a promotion or combination offers to receive a full refund. Kept items will be charged at full market value.
The returns policy applies to both Internet orders and Fittings.
